vue-cli脚手架新建项目提示：

vue-cli · Failed to download repo vuejs-templates/webapck: Response code 404 (Not Found)

vue-cli版本为4，在使用vue init webapck xxx创建项目时模板下载失败

解决方法：

1、从https://github.com/vuejs-templates/webpack上下载这个仓库并解压

2、CMD进入到这个文件夹下执行vue init webapck xxx
